Letting go is easier said than done. That's why I've come up with a simple 4 step process that allows you to just let go. Holding onto negative emotions, resentment, anger, mistrust, and other emotions from the past only hurts you. Negative feeling prevent you from stepping into the full like of peace and happiness that you want to experience daily. So learn how to truly let go in order to create the life of your dreams.
You many be giving away your power on a daily basis and not even know it. There are subtle ways of being or acting that may be holding you back from truly taking responsibility for your life and stepping into your power. You have the power to create any life you want, so start taking more control and become the person you've always wanted to be!
Everything is made of vibrations, and water is so sensitive to vibrational waves that we can actually see how words, thoughts, and emotions affect water. This is an amazing visual representation of energy affecting matter. Since we are made of 70% water, it's easy to see how we are so strongly affected by what others say to us and what we say to ourselves. There are subtle signals in every day life that let us know if we are aligned with our higher self. Stress, emotional episodes, and environmental influences can throw us off. The key is to recognize when we are not in balance and start to make the shifts needed to get back into alignment. When you're in you spiritual power and alignment, life is flowing, you are happy, everything you want is around you, you feel amazing, and life is easy. This is what we should all be looking to get into alignment with on a daily basis.

Fear is something we all experience and deal with in life. Fear is something that once served us well and protected us from getting hurt, so it does have a purpose.
