Intuition and anxiety can show up in very similar ways for some people based on their mental and emotional health. It's easy to fall into overthinking patterns that make you question if you are feeling fear or intuition or paranoia. Many people don't know what is intuition. They think it's a gut feeling when it's really a lot more than that. As a life coach, I guide students to connect to their higher soul self in order to channel their soul intuition through their third eye spiritual awakening. Many students come to me with depression, OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder), and a racing mind. Part of healing on the physical level is through dietary changes from Medical Medium like celery juice and a clean diet. But I also use therapy to build their psychic intuition for guidance in life.
