MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION AGREEMENT MIRACLE MINISTRY - A Private Ministerial Association

By joining Miracle Ministry, a Private Membership Association and/or any website or Social Media Group started by, created by, maintained, or organized by the Association, I agree to the terms and conditions of Miracle Ministry, a Private Membership Association, Agreement as follows. 

1. This Association of members declares that our objective is to allow the Private Membership Association founders and all Private Membership Association members with a platform in which to conduct all manner of private business with the Association and with other Associations and Association members, keeping all business in the private domain and utilizing the protections guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the Constitutions to conduct business in private and to provide a platform for members to conduct business in the private domain under all protections acknowledged and guaranteed by the Constitution of the UNITED STATES, and any previous protections guaranteed.

2. We believe that the Holy Scriptures, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the Constitution of the United States of America, the various Constitutions of the several states of the union, and the Charter of Rights of Canada guarantees our members the rights of absolute freedom of religion, free speech, petition, assembly, and the right to gather together for the lawful purpose of helping one another in asserting our rights protected by those Constitutions, Charter and Statutes, in addition to the rights to be free from unreasonable search and seizure, the right to not incriminate ourselves, and the right to freely exercise all other unalienable rights as granted by our creator, our almighty God and guaranteed by those Constitutions, Charter, and Statutes.

WE HEREBY Declare that we are exercising our right of “freedom of association” as guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the U.S. Constitution, and equivalent provisions of the various State Constitutions, as well as the Charter of Rights of Canada. This means that our association activities are restricted to the private domain only and outside of the jurisdiction of government entities, agencies, officers, agents, contractors, and other representatives as provided by law.

3. We declare the basic right of all of our members to decide for themselves which Association members could be expected to give wise counsel and advice concerning all matters including, but not limited to physical, spiritual, and mental health care assistance, law, and any other matter and to accept from those members any and all counsel, advice, tips, whom we feel are able to properly advise and assist us.

4. We expect the freedom to choose and perform for ourselves the types of therapies and treatments that we think best for diagnosing, treating, and preventing illness and disease and for achieving and maintaining optimum wellness, as well as the freedom to choose for ourselves any types of assistance which may be made regarding law and any other private business activity.

5. The mission of this Association is to provide members with a forum to conduct business between members in the private domain with the protections guaranteed within the aforesaid Constitution and Charter remaining fully intact.

6. The Association will recognize any person(s), natural or otherwise (irrespective of race, color, or religion) who have joined this Association or any social media group organized, created, or managed by this Association and is in agreement with these principles and policies as a member of this Association, providing the said person has not been sanctioned, exercised, or otherwise banned by the Association, and will provide a medium through which its individual members may associate for actuating and bringing to fruition the purposes heretofore declared.

7. Membership to this Association, "Miracle Ministry", and any of its groups may be terminated by the Association Trustees or their designee, at any time, should they conclude that a specific member is interacting with them or any other members in a way that is contrary or detrimental to the focus, principles, and betterment of this Association.

8. I understand that, since The Association is protected by the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, it is outside the jurisdiction and authority of Federal and State Agencies and Authorities concerning any and all complaints or grievances against The Association members or other staff persons. All rights of complaints or grievances will be settled by an Association designee, committee, or tribunal and will be waived by the member for the benefit of The Association and its members. By agreeing to this membership form I agree that I have sought sufficient education to determine that this is the course of action I want to take for myself.

9. I agree to join Miracle Ministry, a Private Membership Association under common law, whose members seek to help each other achieve better health and good quality of life.

(A) I am voluntarily changing my capacity from that of a public person to that of a private member.

My activities within The Association are a private contractual matter that I refuse to share with the Local, State, or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies. I fully agree not to pursue any course of legal action against a fellow member of The Association, unless that member has exposed me to a clear and present danger of substantive evil, and upon the recommendation and approval of the Association.

10. I enter into this agreement of my own free will without any pressure or coercion. I affirm that I do not represent any Local, State, or Federal agency whose purpose is to regulate and approve products or services, or to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment, or investigation. I have read and understood this document, and my questions have been answered fully to my satisfaction. I understand that I can withdraw from this agreement and terminate my membership in this Association at any time and that my membership can and will be revoked if I engage in abusive, violent, menacing, destructive, or harassing behavior towards any other member of The Association. These pages consist of the entire agreement for my membership in The Association.

By interacting with Natalie Schlute (and her website), all associated social media, purchasing products or services by donation, and engaging in both free and paid content (including coaching), I agree this contract began on the date of my joining and interacting with "Miracle Ministry" and Natalie Schlute. I declare that by joining this Association and/or the Associations' websites and/or social media group(s), I have carefully read the whole of this document and I understand and agree with it.

 

Terms & Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please READ carefully, as this pertains to the Agreement of your registration with any of the products or services sold via donation (sometimes referred to as "Program") by Miracle Ministry in association with Natalie Schlute (sometimes referred to as “Ministry”).

By purchasing our products or services via donation or interacting with free content, you (sometimes referred to as "Member") agree to the following terms stated.

PURPOSE

This Association is created and organized to operate within the private domain as a Private Membership Association. The purposes for which it is organized are set forth in the Articles of Association, and in part are as follows: To allow the Private Membership Association founder and all Private Membership Association members with a platform in which to conduct all manner of faith-based private business, ministry, education, and services or assistance with the Association and with other Associations and Association members, keeping all business in the private domain and utilizing the protections guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Constitutions, and the Charter of Rights, to conduct business in private, remaining outside of the jurisdiction of regulation imposed upon legal fictions by government entities and Public Law.

To provide a resource for members to seek, and access, all manner of education, information, services, advice, council, and support consistent with our religious and spiritual freedoms as guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States of America, the Constitutions of the individual states of the union, and the laws of the United States; To conduct all manner of ministry and any manner of business within the private domain as seen fit by the Association founders and Trustees.

The Spiritual Association/Church/Ministry defined by this Declaration is organized for worship, educational, spiritual freedom, faith and reliance upon nature, and beneficent purposes, and is established under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ecclesiastical Law of Miracle Ministry, for furthering the uplifting and enlightenment of all people who voluntarily choose to associate with this Ministry throughout the World and the betterment of life on planet Earth. Miracle Ministry must always remain an unincorporated Ministry dedicated to this purpose.

PROGRAM
Miracle Ministry and Natalie Schlute agree to provide course content, guided audio meditations/hypnosis, identified as an online course aid and/or coaching, to help Members transform their lives and have new spiritual experiences. Members agree to abide by all policies and procedures outlined in this Agreement as a condition of their participation in any of our programs.

DISCLAIMER
Members understand that Miracle Ministry and Natalie Schlute are not employees, agents, lawyers, doctors, managers, therapists, public relations or business managers, registered dieticians, or financial analysts, psychotherapists, or accountants. Members understand their participation in this program will not treat or diagnose any disease, illness, or ailment and if they should experience any such issues they should see their registered physician or other practitioners as determined by their own judgment.

Members understand that neither Natalie Schlute, nor Miracle Ministry, has not promised, nor shall be obligated to, the following:

  1. Success in business, wealth, results, manifestations, and metaphysical experiences.
  2. Provide assistance, as either coach or mentor, with consultations for future contracts made by the Member.
  3. I understand that I can withdraw from this agreement and terminate my membership in this Association at any time and that my membership can and will be revoked if I engage in abusive, violent, menacing, destructive, or harassing behavior towards any other member of The Association.

FINANCIAL OBLIGATION
Members are responsible for the completion of all payment plans associated with products or services they purchase via donation. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid via our Collection Agency. Member understands that lifetime access to any programs will be forfeited with no refund if Member does not complete all donation payment plans. Member understands that lifetime access to any programs is a gift granted by the trustees of Miracle Ministry and may be revoked at any time without notice based on trustee's discretion.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as a form of payment donation. If Member chooses to pay donation by monthly installments, he/she authorizes the monthly charge for the product on the Member's credit card or debit card. 

REFUNDS
Due to the nature of audio downloads and online education, there are no refunds for purchases of audio(s), self-guided online courses, or coaching services (with the exception of specific Programs when indicated).

DONATIONS

Miracle Ministry and Natalie Schlute are an establishment of an UNINCORPORATED PRIVATE MINISTERIAL ASSOCIATION AND SPIRITUAL CHURCH MINISTRY. All purchases of products or services with Natalie Schlute and Miracle Ministry are by donation, gift, or contribution, and therefore 100% tax-deductible write-offs. You can save your receipts and write off 100% of the cost of your purchases from "Miracle Ministry" on your annual taxes.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Miracle Ministry and Natalie Schlute respect Member privacy and insist that the Member respects ours as well. Thus, consider this a mutual non-disclosure Agreement. Any confidential information shared by Natalie Schlute and Miracle Ministry Members or any representative of Natalie Schlute and Miracle Ministry is confidential, proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the Member or representative who discloses it. Parties agree not to disclose, reveal, or make use of any confidential information or any transactions during discussions, in the forum, or otherwise.

Member agrees not to use such confidential information in any manner other than in discussion with other Members, Miracle Ministry, or Natalie Schlute, during the respective program. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, information disclosed in connection with this Agreement, and shall not include information rightfully obtained from a third party.

Both Parties will keep private information in the strictest confidence and shall use their best efforts to safeguard the confidential information and to protect it against disclosure, misuse, espionage, loss, and theft.

Member agrees not to violate the Publicity or Privacy Rights belonging to Natalie Schlute and Miracle Ministry, furthermore, Member will NOT reveal any information to a third party obtained in connection with this Agreement or our direct or indirect dealings with Member, including but not limited to, names, email addresses, third-party company titles or positions, phone numbers, or postal addresses. Additionally, Member will not, at any time, either directly or indirectly, disclose confidential information to any third party.

By purchasing our products via donation, you agree that if you violate or display any likelihood of violating this Agreement, Natalie Schlute and Miracle Ministry and/or the other Member(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Products developed by Natalie Schlute and Miracle Ministry are for strictly educational purposes ONLY. Ministry accepts and agrees that Member is 100% responsible for their progress and results from products developed by Natalie Schlute and Ministry. Natalie Schlute and Ministry make no representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing. Member understands that because of the nature of products developed by Natalie Schlute and Ministry and their extent, the results experienced by each Member may significantly vary. Member acknowledges that, as with any spiritual business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that Member will reach their goals as a result of participation in products developed by Natalie Schlute and Ministry. Natalie Schlute and Ministry program education and information is intended for a general audience and does not purport to be, nor should it be construed as, specific advice tailored to any individual. Natalie Schlute and Ministry assume no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any program materials.

 
MISCELLANEOUS

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The members of the Board of Trustees may not under any circumstances be held liable for liabilities of this Ministry excepting any liability defined within the Bylaws. All people and persons dealing with this Ministry may address only funds and assets of Miracle Ministry for the payment of any claim, debt, judgment, obligation, as well as of any "money," that may become due and payable in any way regarding Miracle Ministry. All actions, claims, and suits MUST be adjudicated in the Tribunals of Miracle Ministry as set forth in the Declaration of Charter/Bylaws of Miracle Ministry, A Private Spiritual Church Ministerial Association.

Member agrees they used Miracle Ministry’s services at their own risk and that Programs are only an educational service being provided. Member releases Miracle Ministry, its contributing members, ministers, directors, trustees, contracted workers, and the like (sometimes referred to as “Releasees”), and related entities (as well as the venue where the Program(s) are being held, if applicable) from any and all damages that may result from any claims arising from any Agreements, all actions, causes of action, contracts, claims, suits, costs, demands and damages of whatever nature or kind in law or in equity arising from my participation in the Programs. Member accepts any and all risks, foreseeable or unforeseeable. Member agrees that Miracle Ministry will not be held liable for any damages of any kind resulting from or arising from including but not limited to; direct, indirect, incidental, special, negligent, consequential, or exemplary damages happening from the use or misuse of Miracle Ministry’s services or enrollment in the Program. Miracle Ministry assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any of the program materials.
 
NON-DISPARAGEMENT
The Member agrees and accepts that the only venue for resolving such a dispute shall be in the venue set forth herein below. The Member agrees that they neither will engage in any conduct or communications with a third party, public or private, designed to disparage the other. Neither Member nor any of Ministry's contributing members, ministers, directors, trustees, contracted workers, and the like will directly or indirectly, in any capacity or manner, make, express, transmit speak, write, verbalize or otherwise communicate in any way (or cause, further, assist, solicit, encourage, support or participate in any of the foregoing), any remark, comment, message, information, declaration, communication or other statements of any kind, whether verbal, in writing, electronically transferred or otherwise, that might reasonably be construed to be derogatory or critical of, or negative toward, Miracle Ministry or any of its programs, contributing members, ministers, directors, trustees, contracted workers, advisors, agents and the like or representatives.

INDEMNIFICATION
Member shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Miracle Ministry, Ministry’s contributing members, associates, ministers, trustees, contractors, related entities, affiliates, and successors from and against any and all liabilities and expense whatsoever – including without limitation, claims, damages, judgments, awards, settlements, investigations, costs, attorneys fees, and disbursements – which any of them may incur or become obligated to pay arising out of or resulting from the offering for sale, the sale, and/or use of the product(s), excluding, however, any such expenses and liabilities which may result from a breach of this Agreement or sole negligence or willful misconduct by Ministry, or any of its contributing members, ministers, associates, contractors, trustees, affiliates or successors. Member shall defend Ministry in any legal actions, regulatory actions, or the like arising from or related to this Agreement. Member recognizes and agrees that all of the Ministry’s contributing members, associates, ministers, contractors, trustees, affiliates, and successors shall not be held personally responsible or liable for any actions or representations of the Ministry. In consideration of and as part of Member's donation for the right to participate in Natalie Schlute and Ministry Programs, the undersigned, your heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns do hereby release, waive, acquit, discharge, indemnify, defend, hold harmless and forever discharge Natalie Schlute and Ministry and its subsidiaries, principals, ministers, trustees, contractors, contributing members, agents, heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns and any of the training instructors, guides, staff or students taking part in the training in any way as well as the venue where the Programs are being held (if applicable) and any of its owners, executives, agents, or staff (sometimes referred to as “Releasees”) of and from all actions, causes of action, contracts, claims, suits, costs, demands and damages of whatever nature or kind in law or in equity arising from my participation in the Programs.

NO TRANSFER OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Ministry’s Programs are copyrighted and original materials that have been provided to Members are for Member's individual use only and a single-user license. Member is not authorized to use any of Ministry’s intellectual property for Member's business purposes. All intellectual property, including Ministry’s copyrighted programs, course materials, and/or guided meditations, shall remain the sole property of Natalie Schlute and Miracle Ministry. No license to sell or distribute Ministry’s materials is granted or implied. By purchasing this product via donation, Member agrees (1) not to infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights, (2) that any Confidential Information shared by the Ministry is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the Ministry, (3) Ministry agrees not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with the Ministry. Further, by purchasing and Ministry product(s) via donation, Member agrees that if Member violates, or displays any likelihood of violating, any of Member’s Agreements contained in this paragraph, the Ministry will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations and to protect against the harm of such violations.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
Nothing in this Agreement is to be construed as creating a partnership, venture alliance, or any other similar relationship. Each party member shall be an independent contractor in its performance hereunder and shall retain control over its personnel and the manner in which such personnel performs hereunder. In no event shall such persons be deemed contractor of the other party by virtue of participation or performance hereunder.

FORCE MAJEURE
In the event that any cause beyond the reasonable control of either Party Member, including without limitation acts of God, war, curtailment or interruption of transportation facilities, threats or acts of terrorism, State Department travel advisory, labor strike or civil disturbance, make it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible, either because of unreasonable increased costs or risk of injury, for either Natalie Schlute or Ministry to perform its obligations under this Agreement, the Ministry’s performance shall be extended without liability for the period of delay or inability to perform due to such occurrence.

SEVERABILITY/WAIVER
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless continue in full force. The failure of either Party Member to exercise any right provided for herein will not be deemed a waiver of that right or any further rights hereunder.

ASSIGNMENT
Member may not assign this Agreement without the express written consent of the Miracle Ministry.

MODIFICATION
Miracle Ministry may modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. All modifications shall be posted on the associated website and members shall be notified.

TERMINATION
Miracle Ministry is committed to providing all Members with a positive experience. By purchasing a product via donation, Member agrees that the Ministry may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement, and limit, suspend, or terminate Member's participation in the Program(s) without refund or forgiveness of monthly payments if Member becomes disruptive to Ministry or other Members, Member fails to follow the Program guidelines, is difficult to work with, impairs the participation of the other members in the Program or upon violation of the terms as determined by Ministry. The member will still be liable to pay the total contract amount. 
 

VENTURE AND JURISDICTION

Excepting chain of title on all land titles, all business, and affairs of the Miracle Ministry Church remains exclusively within the jurisdiction of the Laws of Nature and Natures God and Ecclesiastical Law as defined, interpreted, and adjudicated by the designated committees and Tribunals of Miracle Ministry. Venue and jurisdiction are solely within Ecclesiastical Courts or Tribunals of Miracle Ministry, and all hearings, proceedings, and trials must be recorded in the records of the Ecclesiastical Court/Tribunal of Miracle Ministry. All other courts of any jurisdiction foreign to the Courts/Tribunals of Miracle Ministry lack personal or subject matter jurisdiction to hear or decide any matter of Ecclesiastical Law of Miracle Ministry.

The eternal Covenant of the Undersigned with the Creator remains paramount in all matters. As it is written: "... we ought to obey God rather than man", Acts 5:29; and “No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.”, Matt. 6:24.

With the intent of living in peace with all people and living beings in the Kingdom of God, each Trustee and each minister is established as an Ecclesiastical Emissary with neutral, non-engaged, status, and is not involved in any manner with any disputes, conflicts, wars, and declarations of war powers involving any other parties.

By the authority of the Laws of Nature and between each Trustee of Miracle Ministry and members, all Trustees possess such absolute rights and powers as authority for:

  • Utilizing freely the dominion given to man over the animals of the Earth and without interference or sanction from any source, all-natural substances as sacraments, for health, healing, and other purposes in accordance with our faith placed in Nature and Natures God.

  • Issuing for all members of Miracle Ministry any permits, licenses, certificates of membership, certificates of ordination, diplomas, certificates of training, or other documents deemed beneficial to Trustees, Ministers, or other members of the Private Ministerial Association within the jurisdiction of Ecclesiastical Law.

  • Creating, preserving, maintaining inviolate, and providing full and unalloyed protection and immunity of every kind whatsoever for all who seek spiritual sanctuary within, and abide on the soil of, any land, buildings, and dwellings of Miracle Ministry, under the exclusive venue and jurisdiction of the Ecclesiastical Law of Miracle Ministry. Said protection and immunity secure inviolate all rights regarding privacy, security, and safety of the person, possessions, papers, and effects of guests and all household dwellers against the intrusion of any kind from any source.

INTERPRETATION, DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND EQUITABLE RELIEF

It is expressly declared that this Ministry, which is established in accordance with the Laws of Nature and Natures God, Ministry Ecclesiastical Law, the law of man, the Constitution(s) and section 508c1a of title 26 of the United States Code and any equivalent code within any of the several states of the United States of America is an unincorporated private entity.

The Private Ministerial Association, Miracle Ministry, and the aforesaid Private Association shall conduct business in the private domain as a Faith-Based Organization with all protections afforded by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the U.S. Constitution, The Constitutions of the several States, the Canadian Charter of Rights, and by law.

All interpretations shall be under the Laws of God as interpreted and adjudicated by the Tribunals of Miracle Ministry. For guidance, all concerned parties, including dispute resolution committees, arbitration tribunals, and courts with jurisdiction granted, may consult appropriate court rulings concerning integrated auxiliaries of a Ministry of this type.

By interacting with any content, free or purchased via donation, from Natalie Schlute or Ministry, Member agrees to these guidelines that we have sought sufficient education to determine that this is the course of action Member wants to take for him/herself.
